Job Opportunity:

  • Support meetings and events by drafting agendas and facilitating communication among teams.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks within the home office setting.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with roster management and scheduling systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Previous experience in aged care environments is highly valued.
