As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, including complaint escalation and problem-solving, team management and training, rostering & timesheet approvals. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive, meeting or exceeding our high standards of service.
  • Identify and implement new ways to delight guests, creating memorable experiences through thoughtful and personalized approaches.
  • Use your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the commercial success of the hotel through effective sales lead generation.
  • Manage emergency situations in a safe and professional manner, ensuring the well-being of our guests and staff.
