Guest Service Agent Job

Pan Pacific Hotels Group, a global hospitality leader, is seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional care and hospitality to guests throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members and guests. A responsible service of alcohol certificate and first aid certification are essential.

  • Demonstrated experience with Opera (training provided)
  • Experience in a similar role will be advantageous

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all departments in the hotel
  • Offering all guests a friendly and efficient arrival and departure experience, tailored to their needs
  • Assisting walk-in guests, current, and potential guests with reservations and future booking requests
