This is a leadership role in a premium corporate environment where you will lead concierge operations to deliver outstanding service for all guests and visitors.
- Liaise with stakeholders to maintain a premium front-of-house environment and immaculate presentation of the reception.
- Support the Guest Experience Manager with reporting, compliance, and training delivery.
- Act as a key contact for all guest-related enquiries.
You will work closely with client on site to develop and maintain excellent relationships, respond to client feedback professionally, and action service improvements where needed.
Requirements- Proven experience in a leadership capacity within corporate concierge, hotel reception, or guest services environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
