About the Role

Hastha Solutions is seeking a highly skilled SAP EAM Functional Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP EAM solutions, as well as strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and FIORI apps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage SAP EAM solutions for clients
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP EAM functional consultants
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP EAM solutions
Requirements
  • Must have completed 2+ full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions as an SAP EAM consultant
  • Must have at least 12 years of experience in SAP EAM consulting roles with a good understanding of EAM business processes
  • Should have proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Must have experience in conducting fit-to-standard workshops with business stakeholders, doing fit-gap analysis, and producing blueprints and design documents
  • Should have hands-on experience in working on SAP S/4HANA and FIORI apps related to asset management
  • Must have a good understanding of SAP Document Management Systems and integration with third-party print management systems
  • Need to have experience with data mapping and data migration processes and tools, knowledge of LTMC, LSMW, BDC, and bulk data loading to SAP
  • Should have knowledge of different S/4HANA implementation and conversion approaches, and data migration
  • Need to have experience with SAP Activate Methodology
  • Should have strong knowledge in SAP best practices in EAM areas
  • Need to have exposure to the latest products and solutions from SAP, including IAM, AIN, etc., and knowledge of the latest innovation around AI/ML and IoT
  • Very good communication skills

Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
