We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Business Consultant to join our team at Westpac. This is an exciting chance to be part of a rapidly growing organization and contribute to its continued success.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including product owners and external teams. Your key responsibilities will include process mapping, functional documentation, data analysis, and driving workshops to document outcomes. You will also be responsible for ensuring alignment and traceability of requirements to solution & exception processes, building a backlog with features, epics, and stories, and end-to-end tech delivery. As a bridge between the Business and Developers, you will act as a key liaison.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes generous paid parental leave for your nominated primary and support carers, adoption, surrogacy, foster care arrangements, and more. We continue to pay your super contributions while you take all the time you need to settle into your new family arrangement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have experience as an end-to-end Business Analyst with banking product knowledge. You will have proven experience in eliciting requirements, including process designing and process mapping. You will be experienced in analyzing data to draw business – relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. A degree in IT/Computer science will be highly regarded, but not essential.
