About FloQast

FloQast is a leading company in AU, offering an amazing opportunity to join their growing Customer Success team. As an Accounting Technology Consultant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful onboarding of newly acquired clients onto their SaaS Accounting solution.

With a background in accounting and a passion for consulting, this role offers a chance to transition into a customer-facing capacity and work with happy clients daily. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of public accounting experience, a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client kick-off calls and provide an overview of the FloQast implementation process and timeline.
  • Review clients' current close documentation and advise them on best practices within the software.
  • Organize the client close checklist into a customized Excel file that will form the basis for their FloQast account.
  • Maintain client relationships mainly through phone and email communication.
  • Manage client progress and drive status update meetings internally.
  • Track client adoption and drive the optimization of their FloQast account.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the FloQast application and functionality.
  • Train domestic and international accounting teams through screenshare on how to use the FloQast software during their month-end close.
  • Provide technical product support and accounting-related questions during implementation.
  • Sometimes, this role may also support our implementation partners throughout their onboarding period and lend ongoing guidance/expertise to our partner implementers.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 2-3 years of public accounting (or equivalent) experience required.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
  • Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through.
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
