Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Coffee Bean Specialist to join our team As a Coffee Bean Specialist, you will be responsible for roasting coffee beans accurately and on schedule to deliver consistent flavors and meet customer demands.

This role is based at our headquarters in Sydney, where we roast our beans daily. You will work closely with other teams to ensure all roasts are ready in time and minimize wastage.

About the Role

  • Roast coffee beans according to the required sensory profile.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve production goals.
  • Minimize waste and optimize production processes.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality coffee beans.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office and inventory management systems.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 24kg.
  • Passion for coffee and commitment to ongoing learning and development.
