Coffee Bean Inventory CoordinatorWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our inventory team as a Coffee Bean Inventory Coordinator. As a key member of the inventory team, you will be responsible for ensuring all green coffee beans are loaded into hoppers and stored for roasting in accordance with documented processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Verify that Jacky bins, bulk bags, small bags, and pallets are correctly labeled and accounted for.
- Load hoppers/Jacky bins with green coffee beans in accordance with safety standards and SOPs.
- Ensure the roastery is consistently supplied with green coffee beans.
- Pick and store Jacky bins in the roastery to ensure continuous operations.
- Efficiently communicate quality and safety issues to stakeholders regarding inbound receipt of product.
About You:
- Attention to detail and pride in precision are essential.
- A team player who is prepared to contribute to achieving team results.
- You have knowledge and experience with RF scanning.
- Valid Australian working rights are required.
- Physically strong – regularly lifting or moving up to 20kg independently.
