We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Green Bean Inventory Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading green beans into hoppers and storing them in accordance with documented processes, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading hoppers/Jacky bins with green beans, adhering to strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining a consistent supply of green beans to the roastery
  • Picking and storing Jacky bins within the roastery to ensure seamless operations
  • Completing deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring all orders are picked on time and in full, with accurate documentation
  • Conducting daily inspections of inbound green bean deliveries, adhering to regulatory requirements and reporting any quality or safety issues
Requirements:
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision
  • Strong physical ability to lift or move up to 20kg independently
  • Experience with RF scanning technology and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey quality and safety concerns to stakeholders
