**Green Bean Inventory Specialist Role Overview**

 

In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring the roastery is consistently supplied with green beans. This includes loading hoppers/Jacky bins with green beans in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures.

 

You will work closely with the team to maintain all food safety and quality standards, requiring physical strength as you will need to regularly lift or move up to 20kg independently.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

  • Load hoppers/Jacky bins with green beans in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Ensure the roastery is consistently supplied with green beans.
  • Pick and store Jacky bins in the roastery to ensure continuous operations.
  • Complete deliveries in a timely manner using Sage.
  • Pick orders on time and in full.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

 

  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in precision.
  • A team player, prepared to contribute to a team result.
  • Knowledge of coffee, passion for learning how to roast, and appreciation for quality.
  • RF scanning experience.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
