Green Bean Inventory Specialist

This role involves ensuring the accurate and timely loading of green beans into hoppers and storage for roasting. Ensuring quality standards and food safety is crucial to success in this position.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure green beans are correctly labelled and accounted for.
- Load hoppers with green beans adhering to safety standards and SOPs.
- Maintain continuous supply of green beans to the roastery.
- Pick and store Jacky bins for uninterrupted operations.
- Record all deliveries in a designated system.
- Pick orders on time and in full.
- Verify inbound green bean deliveries and document them daily.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work as part of a team towards shared goals.
- Effective communication skills.
- Passion for coffee and interest in the roasting process.
- Knowledge and experience with RF scanning.
- Forklift license.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Physical strength to regularly lift or move up to 20 kg independently.
