Green Bean Inventory Specialist Role

The Green Bean Inventory Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless supply of green beans to our roastery. This involves maintaining quality and safety standards, operating equipment safely, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This role is based at our headquarters where we roast our beans daily. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure accurate labelling and inventory management of Jacky bins, bulk bags, small bags, and pallets.
  • Load hoppers/Jacky bins with green beans according to safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Guarantee continuous supply of green beans to the roastery.
  • Pick and store Jacky bins in the roastery to ensure efficient operations.
  • Complete deliveries accurately in our inventory system.
  • Pick orders on time and in full.
  • Verify and record inbound green bean deliveries daily, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate quality and safety issues effectively to stakeholders.
Key Qualifications

About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in precision, is a team player, and has a passion for coffee. As an Inventory Specialist, you should have experience with RF scanning, valid Australian work rights, and be physically strong for lifting up to 20kg.

  • You have knowledge and experience with RF scanning.
  • Valid and unlimited AU working rights.
  • Physically strong – regularly lifting or moving up to 20kg independently.
