**Job Title:** Green Bean Inventory Assistant

**Job Description**

The primary role of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of green bean inventory management within the company. This involves maintaining accurate records, loading hoppers and storing green beans in accordance with documented processes, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring all green beans are correctly labelled and accounted for, loading hoppers/Jacky bins with green beans in accordance with safety standards and SOPs, and ensuring the roastery is consistently supplied with green beans.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in precision.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to team results.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with RF scanning.
  • Forklift license.
  • Valid and unlimited AU working rights.
  • Physical strength – regularly lifting or moving up to 20 kg independently.
