Job Title: Coffee Bean Inventory Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Coffee Bean Inventory Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our green bean inventory system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and store green beans in accordance with safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure accurate labelling and accounting of all green bean containers.
  • Pick and store Jacky bins in roastery to maintain continuous operations.
  • Efficiently manage inbound green bean deliveries and record daily documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in precision.
  • A team player, who is prepared to get involved for a team result.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with RF scanning.
  • A forklift license.
  • Physically strong – regularly lifting or moving up to 20 kg independently.
