Job Title: Commercial Asset Manager, ANZ Ortho

Salary:$120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial and financial improvements across ANZ Ortho Loan & Consignment assets (fleet) and inventory. This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to simplify complex data, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Track infield stock utilization at a customer level to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Embed Ortho International Regional asset optimization workstreams into local plans.
  • Work with regional Int Ortho Asset and Inventory Manager to leverage resources required for local business growth and asset efficiency.
  • Drive changes in Loan pool management to deliver loan pool efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide mentorship on allocation logic and rebalancing stock within the supply chain.
  • Support set forecasting effort considering existing fleet efficiency.
  • Act as subject matter expert articulating business requirements for future SAP and system improvements.
  • Consult to ensure processes for consignment counts and enforce local regulations.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Analytical skills to quickly simplify complex raw data.
  • Experience in local supply chain planning / S&OP processes or similar role desirable.
  • Ability to connect strongly with external/internal customers.
  • Excellent people leadership skills.
  • Proficient PC skills - Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of orthopaedic product portfolio and associated procedures desirable.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems a plus.
