Job Description:

  • Liaise with the owner and operational personnel to ensure effective management of commercial office assets.
  • Make recommendations and conduct negotiations to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Prepare monthly reports to the owners of properties, providing detailed insights into performance.
  • Develop an annual business strategy plan to drive growth and success.
  • Manage cash flow budgets and report variations to stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of property managers and facilities managers, providing guidance and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in commercial office management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
