Infrastructure Investment Associate

Contribute to investment sourcing and execution, including generating investment ideas consistent with Brookfield's investment strategy, identifying and assessing potential risks, and devising appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality investment committee presentation materials and other supporting documents in a clear and concise manner.
- Build financial models that include operational, financing, tax, valuation, and other relevant aspects to support financial analysis.
- Work with Brookfield's operational teams and advisors to progress due diligence and asset management-related analysis.
- Monitor performance of portfolio companies, assist with strategic initiatives, and participate in special projects as required.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess 2-4 years of relevant experience, a strong interest in infrastructure and real assets, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to clearly articulate a situation and make well-reasoned recommendations.
You will also possess a professional, positive attitude, and be capable of contributing to a dynamic and team-oriented culture. Additionally, you will be a proactive, self-starter who is capable of working independently or as part of a larger team, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving ability.
