Job Description

A Commercial Asset Management Director is sought to lead the Sydney office of a leading global asset manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with APAC Sales Leadership Team to drive sales management, client assurance, and sales insight in the region.
  • Develop and implement sales processes within a broader global framework, including tracking and reporting sales activity, pipeline, and flows.
  • Collaborate with Head of APAC Distribution and Sales Lead Team to set, implement, and track sales strategy for the Region.
  • Participate in sales forums to drive enhanced results and support change management and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Asset Management with knowledge of various products and vehicles.
  • Prior experience in a similar sales or analysis role, preferably with a global working culture and multiple time zones.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with all levels of management.
