Business Development Representative

We are excited to be partnering with a UK headquartered, established SaaS organisation to grow their Sales Development team in Australia. This role is based at their Sunshine Coast offices and offers a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote/home.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for:
- Qualifying leads to introduce to Sales Executives.
- Identifying and engaging with potential customers through various channels.
- Conducting thorough research to understand prospects' needs and pain points.
- Updating the CRM system to record regular sales communication and opportunity activities.
- Assisting Sales Executives to complete tender/request for information documents.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take accountability and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team environment.
