About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Professional to provide valuable solutions to our customers in Western Victoria.

The In Vitro Product Portfolio covers CSSD and Endoscopy departments in Public and Private Healthcare Organisations, encompassing both Capital and Consumable offerings.

This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager - VIC/TAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing accounts with a high level of customer service and pursue additional sales opportunities.
  • Identify key decision makers in all accounts to maximise sales opportunities
  • Prospect new opportunities in the region to increase market share.
  • Analyse sales data and accurately maintain Territory Business Plans to identify growth potential.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of all activities, weekly, monthly or as required.
  • Monitor competitor activities and contribute to company strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct and organise product demonstrations and trials in a professional and technically correct manner, coordinating such activities with Product Management and Application Support.
  • Participate in regional and national trade conferences.

About You

A background in CSSD/Endoscopy Capital Equipment sales or Infection control is desirable.

You will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and be a great team player. Additionally, you will have:

  • A proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships in a sales environment.
  • Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously to consistently deliver excellence.
  • Driven to exceed budgets.
  • Demonstrate good time management skills and ability to manage workload in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised.
  • The eagerness to own and manage your territory.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Motivated to commit the time and effort required to earn the rewards this role has to offer.

Earn an Estimated AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
