About the Role

Are you a motivated sales professional seeking a new challenge in Western Victoria? In Vitro Technologies Pty Ltd is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your sales skills, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing accounts with a high level of customer service and pursue additional sales opportunities;
  • Identify key decision-makers in all accounts to maximise sales opportunities;
  • Prospect new opportunities in the territory to increase market share;
  • Analyse sales data and accurately maintain Territory Business Plans to identify growth potential;
  • Provide accurate & timely reporting of all activities, weekly, monthly, or as required;
  • Monitor competitor activities and contribute to company strategy and marketing campaigns;
  • Conduct and organise product demonstrations and trials in a professional and technically correct manner, coordinating such activities with Product Management and Application support;
  • Participate in regional and national trade conferences.
Requirements
  • A background in CSSD/Endoscopy Capital Equipment sales or Infection control is desirable;
  • In addition to being an outstanding communicator with a proactive attitude and a great team player, you will possess the following attributes:
  • A proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships in a Sales Environment;
  • Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously to consistently deliver excellence;
  • Driven to exceed budgets;
  • Demonstrate good time management skills and ability to manage workload in a high-pressure environment;
  • Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised;
  • The eagerness to own and manage their territory;
  • Intermediate computer skills;
  • Motivated to commit the time & effort that will see you earn the rewards this position has to offer.
