We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Liaison to join our dynamic team located in Noble Park.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will excel at providing superior service to our external customer base through accurate data entry and timely processing of orders received via our internal systems.

A collaborative relationship with the sales team will also be expected to ensure our customers receive the best experience possible.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, precise and consistent with regards to detail orientation and approach to completing tasks, yet flexible at the same time to successfully manage the ever-changing demands that a fast-paced manufacturing environment brings.

It is highly desirable that the successful applicant have prior experience working in a manufacturing or packaging environment previously as well as exposure to internal sales, however this is not essential.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a salary around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
