Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Executive to provide a valuable solution to our customers in Western Victoria.

In Vitro Technologies is a Scientific and Medical distribution company specialising in the sale and support of scientific, clinical diagnostic, medical and related products. Our foundation is built upon dedicated service, knowledge of the industry, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing accounts with a high level of customer service and pursue additional sales opportunities.
  • Identify key decision makers in all accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Prospect new opportunities in the territory to increase market share.
  • Analyse sales data and accurately maintain territory business plans to identify growth potential.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of all activities, weekly, monthly, or as required.
  • Monitor competitor activities and contribute to company strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct and organise product demonstrations and trials in a professional and technically correct manner, coordinating such activities with Product Management and Application support.
  • Participate in regional and national trade conferences.
Requirements
  • A background in CSSD/Endoscopy Capital Equipment sales or Infection control is desirable.
  • Outstanding communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a great team player.
  • A proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships in a sales environment.
  • Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously to consistently deliver excellence.
  • Driven to exceed budgets.
  • Good time management skills and ability to manage workload in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised.
  • The eagerness to own and manage their territory.
  • Intermediate computer skills.

Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience.
