Primary Responsibilities:

Design and curate engaging, relevant and effective learning content and facilitate face-to-face and digital development experiences. Drive learning and measurement of capability uplift across technology development programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will use your agile mindset and human-centered design capabilities to develop and implement innovative learning strategies and programs aligned with the Technology division's goals and objectives. Drive continuous improvements and provide data-driven insights and have the opportunity to work on key projects on behalf of the Chief Information Officer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital, data, design or engineering in relation to learning and development.
  • A proven understanding of instructional design and learning principles alongside industry insights.
  • Proactive in driving the learning agenda and able to prioritize and manage multiple programs of work.
  • A data-driven mindset, as well as an ability to understand and articulate customers' pain points, needs and expectations.
