This position is part of the Education Content & Strategy team responsible for designing and developing contemporary learning programs for accounting and finance professionals.
The role involves analysing content, identifying gaps, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to develop high-quality, engaging learning experiences.
- Developing learning content for various delivery modes including online and face-to-face.
- Managing project timelines and ensuring outputs meet quality and instructional design standards.
- Leading quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Championing operational excellence and best practice in learning design.

- Demonstrated experience in learning design across digital and blended formats.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the tertiary or professional education sector.
