Learning Experience Developer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer to lead initiatives that support the organisation's product development priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic guidance on blended and online learning pedagogy, as well as complex instructional design and development processes.
- Coordinate the planning and scheduling of online learning projects in alignment with organisational priorities, utilising best practice methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to assess needs, and to design, develop, and deliver tailored learning solutions that address the requirements of diverse student cohorts.
- Lead the evaluation and continuous improvement of learning methodologies and resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality blended and online education.
- Oversee the implementation of learning materials and programs that adhere to quality assurance and compliance standards, in accordance with regulatory standards.
