Learning and Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing corporate learning programs, with a strategic focus on leadership development.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with internal subject matter experts and external facilitators to enhance workforce capability aligned to organisational strategic directions.
  • Managing learning end-to-end, including facilitation of some programs, e-learning design, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Working with the L&OD Lead in redefining and delivering on organisational learning strategy.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in adult education, human resources management, project management, or equivalent experience.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
  • Demonstrated experience in a learning and/or leadership development function with a focus on program management from inception to completion.

Desirable skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong facilitation skills in workplace programs.
  • Instructional design in e-learning courses, in-person and virtual learning, train-the-trainer programs, and facilitator guides.
  • LMS administration and account ownership.
