Learning Experience Developer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in designing and developing engaging, inclusive, and accessible course content across all delivery modes.
The successful candidate will have experience designing and developing curriculum in higher education, with a strong understanding of online and blended learning pedagogies, as well as skills in using and developing in Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative and effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum Alignment: Ensure alignment of learning outcomes, activities, and assessments with AQF levels, institutional frameworks, and national standards.
- Learning Experience Development: Build modular course structures and interactive learning assets using educational technologies and design tools.
- Pedagogical Consistency and Innovation
- Technology and Compliance: Use LMS and edtech tools to deliver content that meets accessibility, copyright, and quality standards.
- Assessment Design: Partner with academic staff to design authentic, scaffolded, and integrity-focused assessments aligned to learning outcomes.
- A postgraduate degree in learning design, education technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience with online and blended learning pedagogies, as well as skills in using and developing in LMS platforms.
- Ability to work closely with Subject Matter Experts, educators, and compliance teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills for instructional writing and stakeholder engagement.
- Skill in evaluating learning effectiveness using data and learner feedback, with adaptability to evolving technologies and pedagogical trends.
