Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a managed service provider or equivalent client-facing service experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows Desktop.
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies such as HyperV and VMware vSphere.
  • Skill in NAS and SAN administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN networking including firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and WiFi.
  • Knowledge and working experience with cloud vendors like Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365.
Desirable Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience with MacOS.
  • Familiarity with Sophos Firewalls.
  • Cisco Networking knowledge.
  • ConnectWise ticketing system experience.
  • Microsoft SharePoint skills.
  • IP Telephony expertise.
  • PRTG Network Monitoring System (NMS) knowledge.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) skills.
  • CRM Systems experience.
