Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our team.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor technical explanations to stakeholders of varying technical levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer-service to clients.
  • Work alongside experienced technical teams.
  • Deliver exceptional support to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working experience in an MSP service desk environment (for Level 2 position) and min 5 years experience for Level 3 position.
  • Recent Microsoft 365 and / or Office 365 Certification.
  • Strong Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Teams, SharePoint administration skills.
  • Strong Windows Server administration skills including Exchange and AD.
  • Strong LAN and WAN network support.
  • Autotask/Datto RMM experience preferred.
