About the RoleWe're seeking a dedicated professional to deliver exceptional customer support and resolve complex issues related to mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair services for power wheelchairs, power assist, and other products
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and internal teams
- Assist with spare parts and service requests
- Identify and procure required parts for repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of service history and warranty information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer support services
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Strong technical skills and/or industry experience in product and technical support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with common business applications and tools
- Calm and professional approach to high-pressure situations
