Customer Service Leadership Position at Myer

As a Customer Service Manager at Myer, you will lead Service & Selling teams to success by delivering superior customer service and making profitable sales. This role is an excellent opportunity to champion our Customer First Plan, manage day-to-day operations, and drive sales.
You will be responsible for managing the daily activities of your team and business to drive financial performance. Optimizing productivity through effective workforce management is also a key aspect of this role. By leveraging strong leadership skills, you will drive high-performance, customer-focused service and selling culture through role modeling, communication, feedback, and recognition.

We are seeking an experienced retail leader with a proven track record in leading teams to achieve sales and meet KPIs. Your people leadership skills should include a 'hands-on' approach, and you should have demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales and meet KPIs. Experience in performance management is highly regarded.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar
