About the Role
In this role, you will be helping Australians with passport inquiries, providing expert knowledge and support to ensure seamless travel experiences. With access to extensive training and leadership guidance, you will develop your skills and contribute to the success of our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality customer service via various communication channels
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product and service offerings
- Adhering to quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patient and empathetic approach when dealing with customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Intermediate computer skills and typing speed of 30WPM
- Australian Citizenship is required due to clearance requirements
