Infrastructure Coordinator

Pensar Construction Group is seeking a skilled Submissions Coordinator to join our Pre-Contracts team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the tender process by coordinating the submission process, gathering information, and ensuring all requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the submission process, including gathering information, writing content, and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to gather insights and information for tender development.
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of submissions, including proofreading and editing bid documents.
- Work collaboratively across our diverse workforce and with external partners, as required.
- Create and manage all submission collateral, including project team CVs and project profile sheets.
- Coordinate the ongoing management of the document-controlled bid library.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bid coordination or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, and meet objectives.
