- Communication: Foster effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in construction or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
