We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Infrastructure People. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring the safety of personnel, the environment, and company assets.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant standards, regulations, and company policies, maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in construction or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
