We are looking for a strategic recruiter who will architect and execute talent strategies that enhance our leadership hiring approach.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth talent and market mapping to provide a comprehensive overview of the competitive landscape. Identify key talent pools, understand organizational structures of similar companies, and provide actionable insights that inform our executive search strategies.
- Build and nurture pipelines of high-caliber, passive executive talent through sophisticated research, networking, and data-driven engagement strategies.
- Champion the use of artificial intelligence and automation tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment approach. Leverage AI for talent identification, deep research, and automating routine tasks to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of executive searches, from defining role requirements with senior stakeholders to offer negotiation and closing. Ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience that reflects our organization's brand and values.
- Act as a true partner to the executive team, providing data-backed recommendations on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, with a demonstrable track record of successfully hiring executive-level talent.
- A deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, including company and candidate-based research.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate talent and market data into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with senior executives.
- A high level of digital literacy and a natural curiosity for exploring and implementing new ways of working.
- Verifiable experience in creating and executing comprehensive talent and market-mapping projects.
- A high level of competency and hands-on experience with a variety of AI and automation tools for recruitment.
- A portfolio of successful, complex executive searches you have personally led and closed.
