Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process across multiple employee groups, including Audiologists, Interns and OSTA's.
- Develop and implement a passive pipeline through strategic sourcing and headhunting.
- Write and post job advertisements, manage applicant queries, phone screening, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews and psychometric testing (if applicable), background checks, workrights checks.
- Develop, implement and continuously update the Talent Acquisition Policy & Processes Manual.
- Generate, collate and analyse recruitment data from multiple sources to support HR Dashboard reporting for Senior Management meetings.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and strategies across talent acquisition.
Talent Acquisition Business Partnering:
- Educate Hiring Managers on Amplifon's recruitment and selection policies to meet the needs of a centralised recruitment service.
- Understand regional and country complexities that can exist and help managers understand the talent market.
- Drive the hiring process by engaging with managers, providing ongoing status of requisitions, advising and influencing managers throughout the hiring process, and closing requisitions in a timely manner.
Employer Branding Strategy:
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to recommend and implement Talent sourcing and EVP strategies across various channels that effectively deliver a quick turnaround and drive brand awareness.
- Participate and contribute to revamping Amplifon's Career Site and other social media channels (for careers).
- Support in developing and maintaining Universities relationships, organising career events and participating in career fairs.
- Assist with designing and implementing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that positions Amplifon Group as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to improving initiatives for Amplifon's Onboarding and Induction programs.
- Contribute as a Lead or Support in upcoming Talent programs i.e. Referral Programs, campaign recruitment activities etc.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Psychology (advantageous).
- Demonstrated previous experience in a 360 degree Talent Acquisition role, ideally within an Agency, Internal and/or RPO.
- Extensive experience utilising e-recruitment systems, online job boards & social media platforms.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment practices and the confidence to make recommendations and improvements and implement them effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, including effective influencing and negotiation skills.
- Confident in building relationships quickly and effectively and always work with the businesses best interests at heart.
