People Partner OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our global organisation. This is a unique opportunity to develop and drive new strategic objectives, champion key people and organisational development objectives, and support a diverse portfolio, partnering with executive teams.With reach into over 20 countries, our Not for Profit organisation is focused on evolving its culture and developing the capability that will continue to support and drive its expanding cause globally and well into the future.Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the HR Business Partner (People Partner) will play a key role in developing and leading a broad range of initiatives to support this next phase of the organisation's strategy.Key responsibilities include:
  • Partner with the CPO and broader People team in the development and delivery of a full remit of business partnering, including organisational change, learning and development, engagement, employee relations, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and strategic workforce planning
  • Support the implementation of relevant talent frameworks that underpin the organisation's future capability needs
  • Lead and collaborate on a variety of generalist and specialist people projects and solutions across a broad portfolio, with a particular focus on culture and engagement, capability, diversity and inclusion, and values
You will join a global team and engage with a range of established and new leaders and stakeholders in bringing their new people strategy to life.Requirements:
  • Broad HR generalist experience as an HR Business Partner, as well as demonstrated experience in specialist areas that could include culture, talent, organisational development, design, or diversity and inclusion
  • Previous experience leading change and transformation objectives as an HRBP, leading the development and action-planning with senior stakeholders, managing organisational design and restructure activities
  • Capability to support and lead both operational and strategic delivery, experience in managing a continuous improvement environment and proactively seeking opportunities to build a future-focussed people function
This organisation offers a flexible, hybrid working environment and will also consider part-time (four days/week).
