Talent Management Specialist

Description:

The Group Talent Management Lead is responsible for leading the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement.
  • Deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences.
  • Ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities.
  • Build strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
About You:
  • You have proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development.
  • You possess strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
  • You have a strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action.
  • You are an excellent communicator and storyteller across audiences.
  • You have a passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinking.
  • You have experience managing complex programs and external partnerships.
