We're seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Port Melbourne. This is a part-time site-based role that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

In this key position, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting optimal site performance by ensuring change initiatives are well-supported to deliver high-quality products safely and with high employee engagement.

You'll use your expertise in case management, injury management, and industrial relations to navigate complex employee relations and resolve employee matters with fairness, integrity, and a focus on positive outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an exceptional communicator, able to build strong relationships with people leaders and team members. You'll also need to be analytical, using data insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance leadership capability and drive business results.
  • Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions to support people leaders in their roles.
  • Navigate complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that improve employee engagement and retention.
