Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Development Specialist to enhance the employee experience within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the P&E function and talent side of our business.
About the Role:- Develop and implement programs that boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Design and deliver talent development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Promote strong onboarding practices to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the company.
- Assist in the development and execution of training and development initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience in HR / Talent or a similar role, with a strong focus on employee engagement and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
- A strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
