About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  5. Stakeholder Relations: Serve as our chief spokesperson, engaging effectively with shareholders, partners, investors, customers, and the public.
  6. Innovation and Product Development: Drive the development of groundbreaking products and services, keeping our company at the cutting edge of technological progress.
  7. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, broadening our market presence and customer base both nationally and internationally.

Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience as a CEO or in a comparable executive role within the tech industry.
  2. Proven expertise in strategic planning and business development.
  3. Strong grasp of financial principles, performance management, and corporate governance best practices.
  4. Exceptional organisational and leadership abilities, with a history of successfully scaling innovative tech companies.
  5. Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
