About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill two Executive Officer roles to support Executive Group Managers in the Chief Minister's Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including the Chief Digital Officer
  • Work closely with the Executive Officer to the Chief Digital Officer and as part of a broader administrative network
  • Support the smooth running of the respective EGM offices and the Digital, Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS) Group
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives
