Job Overview

  • This role provides administrative and procurement support to ensure the smooth operation of bus fleet maintenance.
  • You will be based at a workshop with regular travel to other locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate purchase requisitions and issue approved orders
  • Order parts, uniforms, supplies, and stationery for workshop operations
  • Support payroll processes and resolve pay-related queries
  • Maintain and update mechanics' registers
  • Prepare KPI scorecards, stocktake, and audit documentation
  • Coordinate inspections, training sessions, and compliance activities
  • Assist with event management and coordination for workshops and staff functions
  • Support roster preparation, communication, and maintenance
  • Filing and maintaining workshop records
About You

You should have proven clerical experience along with:

  • Solid understanding of procurement processes
  • Familiarity with automotive workshops or the bus industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks under pressure
