Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Asset Management team for a 3-month maternity cover role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vital administrative and procurement support to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our bus fleet.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across multiple depots and workshop operations, work with a supportive and collaborative team environment, and contribute to the safe and reliable operation of our bus fleet.

The ideal candidate will have proven clerical and administrative experience along with a sound understanding of procurement processes for materials and services, familiarity with automotive workshops and/or the bus industry, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
