Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Opportunity

At our Sydney Airport location, we are seeking a qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our fleet of buses, including Battery Electric vehicles, to ensure they operate at peak performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern technology and contribute to the success of our team.

  • This role involves conducting scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on buses, diagnosing faults and carrying out efficient and safe repairs.
  • The successful candidate will also be required to work collaboratively with the Fleet and Workshop team to meet operational deadlines and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturer standards.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or similar and experience in bus, truck, or commercial vehicle maintenance. A safety-first mindset and pride in delivering quality work are essential. The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced workshop environment is also necessary.
