The Role:

We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead and develop the maintenance team at our Terrey Hills Depot. This role will see you leading your team to provide excellent quality of service and workmanship to maintain, repair and service our fleet of buses.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily workshop functions to ensure requirements are met or exceeded
  • Maintaining vehicle workflows, including;
  • Vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Job card preparation and assignment
  • Maintenance records review, completion and filing
  • Attending breakdowns and accidents
  • Ordering spare parts and materials
  • Monitoring workshop Key Performance Indicators
  • Updating ERP maintenance system
  • Conduct toolbox talks and reporting minutes
  • Maintaining depot fleet to a safe and presentable standard, meeting regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with agreed vehicle maintenance standards

About you:

We require someone with:

  • Experience in Buses or Heavy Vehicles
  • Demonstrated heavy vehicle repair and maintenance experience
  • Able to lead, motivate and supervise a team to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Familiarity with WHS requirements within a heavy vehicle repair workshop
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Will to work varied shifts, including weekends
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
