Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our asset management team for a 3-month maternity cover role. Reporting to the fleet manager, this position provides vital support to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our bus fleet.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating purchase requisitions and issuing approved purchase orders
  • Ordering parts, uniforms, supplies, and stationery for workshop operations
  • End-of-month fuel reconciliation (shared responsibility across the team)
  • Supporting payroll processes and resolving pay-related queries
  • Maintaining and updating mechanics' registers (licences, training, compliance, etc.)
  • Preparing KPI scorecards, stocktake, and audit documentation (ISO, BOAS, Clean Fleet)
  • Coordinating inspections, training sessions, and compliance activities (e.g. Fire Warden, First Aid)
  • Assisting with event management and coordination for workshops and staff functions
  • Supporting the preparation, communication, and maintenance of rosters
  • Filing and maintaining workshop records
