About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and growth of Collibra's solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Product Management, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve shared goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
  • Utilize data analytics and industry expertise to identify areas of improvement and recommend tailored solutions to enhance customer value.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer progress, satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in managing large enterprise SaaS accounts, with a proven track record of driving adoption and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms and their applications in various industries, with a keen understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
